
The 2010 Tradeshow promises to be an exciting one. With over 300 exhibit booths there is something for everyone! Along with our many exhibitors who have a wide variety of merchandise, there are tourism booths, product information booths and the Canada Pavilion. So stop by the Tradeshow and see what we have for you!
There are Tradeshow booths located throughout the Keystone Centre – the arena concourse, the main concourse, the hallway leading to the Curling Club, the Kinsmen Arena hallway and of course the UCT Pavilion and Manitoba Room.

With over 300 tradeshow and concessionaire booths available, the 2010 Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is a great event to promote and sell your business, information and products. In 2009 there were approximately 120,000 guests at the Royal over the six days.

The tradeshow booths are located throughout the Keystone Centre. Tradeshow booths are either 10’x10’ or 10’x8’.
As well, if you would like additional advertising for your booth, you can purchase a “Tradeshow Arena Gold” sponsorship for $500. This sponsorship includes recognition from the announcers during the shows of your booth and its location. Booths will not be officially assigned until late January 2010. The process for assigning booths takes 4 to 6 weeks as we need to ensure that the tradeshow room layouts are approved and that all the applications are assigned booths to meet their requirements.
Exhibitors will be sent a contract confirming their registration in February 2010. We ask that you please keep the original for your records but send a copy back to us with your signature.
Exhibitors are responsible for sending in a certificate of insurance that has the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba listed as a third party to the office by the end of February. For additional information on the insurance requirements, please see the Exhibitors manual.
Tradeshow and concessionaire exhibitors will receive a package on the day that you come to move in which will include your weekly or daily passes, layout maps of the different areas as well as additional relevant information.
