Manitoba Pork Hog Quality Competition

Once again this year we will be hosting the Manitoba Pork Hog Quality Competition. The hogs will be graded for quality of meat. A portion of the prize money awarded to the top five hogs will be donated to a charity of the producer’s choice. Also, the top five hog carcasses will be donated to food banks. The Hog Quality Awards Luncheon will be Wednesday, March 31st at the Roadhouse.
