Saturday - MTS Day at the Fair
Saturday, April 3, MTS Day at the Fair, will be a day of Olympic proportions at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. Cindy Klassen, Canada’s greatest Olympian and MTS spokesperson, will be making an appearance.

In 2006, Manitoba’s own Klassen, became just the eighth Winter Olympian to collect five medals at a single Olympic Games when she won a gold, two silvers and two bronze medals in Turin. Klassen also won a bronze medal at the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City – making her the most decorated Canadian Olympian in history.

Special Homecoming Greetings
2010 is a great year to come home to the fair, and many famous Manitobans are returning! But there are some who couldn’t make it, at least not in person! Watch the Jumbotron in Westman Place on Monday for greetings from members of our Armed Forces in Afganistan and a special homecoming greeting from Gold Medal Olympian Jon Montgomery every day.
