We are pleased to share the 2012 entertainment for the President's Dinner...

VON BARON Jazz Quartet from the Brandon University School of Music will be featured throughout the dinner.

VON BARON is a jazz quartet comprised of Brandon University School of Music Faculty members Greg Gatien (saxophones) and Eric Platz (percussion), along with two rising young stars at the Music School - Josh Winestock (guitar) and John Baron (bass). With a focus on re-imagining jazz standards of the 1920s-1960s, VON BARON's music also includes original compositions from its members and draws stylistic influences from the full spectrum of the jazz tradition.
