Manitoba Room - Manitoba Made

The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is Manitoba Made and when you think about Manitoba Made what could be better than Manitoba food!  Make sure to come to the Manitoba Room of the Keystone Centre where chefs will create outstanding dishes sure to be Royalty Approved!

Each day of the Fair there will be two cooking demonstrations on the Manitoba Made Stage. The show will present dishes featuring Manitoba products followed by the opportunity for the audience to sample the dishes. Some of the chefs participating in the stage are members of the Manitoba Culinary Olympic team and are sure to create some outstanding dishes. There will also be brief presentations by various commodity groups that will have their products featured. This is a great opportunity to sample some scrumptious Manitoba cooking by some our most elite Manitoba chefs. The recipes used will also be available to the crowd after the demonstration and sampling is complete!
